In response to ongoing overcapacity issues facing the PEI healthcare system, along with a rise in respiratory illnesses, patients, visitors, and staff are asked to wear masks during their visits to The FIX. Masks will be available at no cost, upon entering The FIX.
- Masks are now mandatory at The FIX.
- Please sanitize your hands upon entering The FIX. Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout The FIX.
- If you have a cough, fever or flu-like symptoms, PLEASE RESCHEDULE your appointment by calling us or through our website.
Cancellation/No Show Policy Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you! We understand that your schedule can be busy; therefore, we send friendly appointment reminders via e-mail and text 😊. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to contact us, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
